Brooklyn College Athletics

College:  First year member of the BC Women's Volleyball team. In 2017, was named CUNYAC Player of the Year. Also, voted CUNYAC Preseason Player of the Year prior to the start of the season. Played in 31 matches totaling 336 kills on 1070 attacks, 21 assists, 90 service aces, 365 digs, and 15 blocks. In 2016, was named a Second Team CUNYAC All-Star after playing 30 matches with 27 starts. Recorded 185 kills on 664 attacks, 12 assists, 65 service aces, 323 digs, and 11 blocks. Transfer from Division I St. Francis College Brooklyn. 

High School: Attended Fort Hamilton HS. Earned a number of honors as a prep standout in the PSAL including 2nd Team All-City accolades in 2013. Was the PSAL Wingate Award winner in 2014 and was featured as NY 1's Scholar-Athlete of the Week in 2014. Helped Fort Hamilton to back-to-back PSAL B titles. 

Personal: Born in 1996. Parents are Monika and Zbigniew. Majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. 

Coach Gotowicki says: "A Fort-Hamilton graduate and one of our captains, Sarina is our only senior this year. Sarina is a true leader on and off the court and brings her vast experience to the team.  She has shown great expertise in all the skills needed to be a truly great volleyball player.  I always say that I wish I had one more year to have Sarina on the team.  She is a great asset to Brooklyn College."
