College: First year member of the BC Women's Tennis team... In 2014, posted a 6-2 record playing between #1, #2 and #3 singles. Posted a 6-2 record, playing between #1 and #2 doubles. Named to the CUNYAC All Star Second Team and the CUNYAC Sportsmanship Team.

Prior to BC: Played one season at The City College of New York (CCNY)... In 2013, posted a 5-2 record for the Beavers as a freshman. She played mostly at #2 singles going 4-2.

High School: Attended Yeshiva of Flatbush.

Personal: Parent is Helen Dervich... Born in 1995... Health Sciences major... Transfer from CCNY.

Coach Odetalla Says: "Muriel was a really good player for CCNY last season, but with us, we are expecting her to take her game to a whole new level.  She is a great defensive player, but is showing signs of brilliance as she transitions to her offensive game."
