Biography
College: Fourth year member of the BC Women's Cross Country team... In 2011, finished the CUNYAC Championship with a time of 30:48, good for 22nd place overall... In 2009, finished 31st in the 2009 CUNYAC Championship with a time of 32:07... In 2008, as a freshman, was a key component to the team's Championship run. Was a scorer in each of the squad's eight meets. Finished 26th overall at the CUNYAC Championships with a time of 30:16, a personal best 6K time. She also set a personal best 5K time of 23:52.36 at the York College Invitational.
High School: Ran indoor & outdoor track as well as cross country at Brien McMahon HS in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Personal: Physical Therapy Major... Hobbies include photography and art... Was named President of Brooklyn College's SAAC... Is very active in community service and other SAAC activities.
Coach Lang Says: "Leah is one of the team's veterans. She is a senior who has been a tremendous competitor and teammate. I think that she has the potential to medal at the CUNYAC Championship this year."
