Biography

College: In 2009-10, played in all 28 games as a senior, while stating in 25 games. Averaged 14.1 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, playing in a team-best 28.5 minutes per game. Also dished out 89 assists and recorded 71 steals on the year. In CUNYAC, ranked 10th in scoring, 17th in rebounding, ninth in assists, 11th in free throw percentage, seventh in steals, third in three-point field goal percentage, fifth in three point field goals made and 10th in both blocked shots and assist/turnover ratio. Named CUNYAC/HSS Scholar-Athlete of the Month for the month of January 2010. Named CUNYAC Player of the Week for 2/1/09. Named to 2010 CUNYAC All-Star First Team... In 2008-09, appeared in all 28 of the team's contests as a junior, while making 26 starts. Averaged a team-best 29.1 minutes per game, to go along with 16.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 3.3 steals per game, all team-highs. Named to 2009 CUNYAC All-Star First Team. Named CUNYAC / Hospital for Special Surgery Scholar-Athlete of the Month for Decmeber 2008. Named to the D3Hoops Team of the Week in December '08. Scored her 1,000th career collegiate point. Prior to BC: Played freshman and sophomore seasons at Genesee Comunity College... As a sophomore helped team win the NJCAA Div II Region Championship and reach the NJCAA Division II National Tournament. Named to the NJCAA All-American Team, Region 3 Division II Player of the Year, All-Conference First Team, All-Region First Team, WNYAC Player of the Week and Region 3 Championship Tournament MVP... During her freshman season she was named to the All-Conference First Team, All-Region Second Team and named WNYAC Player of the Week.
 
High School: Four-year starter and captain at Franklin D. Roosevelt in Brooklyn.....FDR’s all-time leading scorer, finishing her career with over 2,300 points......Named to Class “AA” All-State Sixth Team, All-Brooklyn Team and All-City Team throughout her career......Also named MSG Tri State Player of the Week...As a senior, averaged 27.4 points, 14.7 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game...Scored career-high and school high 50 points versus John Adams as a senior.

Personal: Earned her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education in May 2009...Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Sports Management...Aspires to play professionally and to coach basketball, as well as teach physical education.
