Brooklyn, NY --- For the first time in her career, Priscilla Ramirez (Franklin D. Roosevelt / Brooklyn, NY) was named the CUNYAC Player of the Week. 

Ramirez earned the honor after averaging 20.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, and five assists in the two games last week. In the first game, a 79-68 OT win against Stevens Tech, she hit a jumper after taking an inbounds pass with .5 seconds left to send the game to overtime. Ramirez had 19 points and 11 rebounds in the game. 

In the second game of the week, she hit a jumper with 2.8 seconds left to again send the game to overtime, where the Bulldogs earned a 77-71 victory against conference foe Lehman College. On the game, Ramirez had 22 points, 14 rebounds, and eight assists.
