Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Women's Basketball Team (7-5, 3-0 CUNYAC) used a 50-point first half to help propel them to a lead that got as high as 40 points in a 74-53 win at City Tech (2-8, 0-3 CUNYAC) on Wednesday night.
Justine O'Callahan (Floral Park / Floral Park, NY) had the team-high with 13 points, shooting six of six from the field, while leading a balanced attack.
Priscilla Ramirez (FDR / Brooklyn, NY) did not miss a shot, as she was four for four from the field, including one of one from the 3-point arc, as well as three of three from the foul line.
Amber Gordan (Bishop Laughlin / Brooklyn, NY) scored 12 points in just 14 minutes, making six of her seven shots.
Brooklyn took a 50-20 halftime lead into the locker room as they shot an outstanding 66 percent in the stanza.
